For contaminated liquids
with solids, waste water and sludge, the Vogel KS pump is the right
choice. Those pumps are commonly used at sewage and waste water
treatment plants, sugar mills and the pulp and paper industry. The
KS pumps are available in several material combinations, making sure
it will fit in any application. The KS is a horizontal back pull out
design pump, but for other demands the KS can be designed as a
vertical installation pump for both dry and wet configuration.
The difference between the KS and W pumps manufactured by Vogel is
the impeller construction. KS pumps are designed with a channel type
impeller, W pumps are designed with a Vortex impeller. Both pumps
are also available as vertical installation pump.
